LASER HAIR REMOVAL: WARNING: The administration of antibiotics within 14 days preceding any Laser Hair Removal procedure is strictly forbidden. If you commence any form of antibiotic treatment, it is your exclusive responsibility to adjust your scheduled treatment dates and times accordingly. Your Choice Medspa will not be accountable for confirming or reminding you about antibiotic usage when arranging your appointments. The final dose of any antibiotic must be taken at least 14 days before your scheduled Laser Hair Removal session. Should you modify or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, or if you arrive for treatment and require rescheduling due to antibiotic use within the 14-day timeframe, a fee of $50 per originally scheduled session will be applied before rescheduling.
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION: Laser hair removal sessions are not conducted during pregnancy. It is essential that you notify us if you become pregnant during the course of your sessions. In such cases, we will need to pause the sessions; however, please be aware that the DISCOUNTED Laser Packages purchased initially are NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. You will need to wait until the conclusion of your pregnancy and lactation period to complete the remaining sessions.
HAIR SHAVING: It is essential that the treatment area is cleanly shaven prior to any hair removal procedures. Treatments will only be performed on areas that have been properly shaved. Your Choice Medspa will proceed with the treatment of the shaved areas, and if you arrive without shaving, a fee of $50 will be applied for each body area requiring shaving services. If any area is found to be partially or unshaven, it will be necessary to reschedule the appointment, or you may choose to forgo that specific treatment from your purchase.
LIFETIME MAINTENANCE WARRANTY: The effectiveness of hair growth and hair removal varies from person to person undergoing Laser Hair Removal. Our maintenance warranty provides significant advantages if you require additional treatments beyond the initial package purchased (a package purchase is necessary for our warranty). You may continue treatments for the same body area at a reduced rate of 70% off the standard treatment price.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY: All scheduled treatment appointments must be either rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment time. Your Choice Medspa reserves the right to impose a fee of $50 for each canceled appointment or no-show. Appointments made within a 24-hour window cannot be changed, canceled, or rescheduled. While Your Choice Medspa will strive to provide courtesy reminders regarding your appointment, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date. A credit card will be required at the time of booking. In the event that Your Choice Medspa needs to reschedule your appointment due to technical issues or other circumstances, your account will be credited with $50 for each canceled session.
APPOINTMENT POLICY: Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, Your Choice Medspa reserves the right to classify you as a no-show. If the schedule allows, we will proceed with all or some of your designated treatment areas. Your Choice Medspa is not liable for any consequences arising from late arrivals. In the event that you need to reschedule any portion of your initial appointment, a fee of $50 will be applied for each treatment area that is rescheduled. Payment of these fees is required before any future appointments can be arranged.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Your Choice Medspa mandates full payment prior to the scheduling of any treatment appointments. ALL SALES ARE FINAL at the time of purchase. Promotional Packages, once acquired, are NON REFUNDABLE. Customers may exchange any purchase within six months from the original purchase date. Exchanges can be applied towards the standard value of any other requested service. No exchanges will be permitted beyond six months after the original purchase date, except in cases of pregnancy or medical conditions. The value of the exchange will be determined by deducting the pro-rated value of all services rendered from the total payment made, provided that your records are up to date. Additionally, Your Choice Medspa will no longer accept this form of payment; you must either pre-pay with cash or provide a credit card to secure payments.
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS: Your Choice Medspa will strive to provide courtesy reminders via telephone calls, emails, and text messages regarding your scheduled appointments. These communications are intended to confirm your appointments but are not guaranteed. All appointments are deemed confirmed at the time of scheduling. To enhance the likelihood of receiving a courtesy call, please ensure your voicemail is set up, your inbox is cleared, and your contact information is up to date. We also encourage you to opt-in for text and email reminders.
CHILDREN: In consideration of the services provided at Your Choice Medspa, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the laser treatment room under any circumstances. If you bring children aged 13 to 18, they must remain in the reception area while you receive treatment. No children under 13 may be left unattended in our facility at any time. Should you arrive with young children for a Laser Hair Removal appointment, you will be required to reschedule and incur a $50 fee for each session that is rescheduled. Your Choice Medspa may offer promotional deals, sales, and specials; however, the pricing at the time of purchase will be final and will not be adjusted, credited, or refunded based on any subsequent pricing changes. All cancellation policies, fees, and exchange terms apply to all purchases, including those made during sales, specials, and promotions. NO EXCEPTIONS TO POLICY WILL BE MADE FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE. Your Choice Medspa retains the right to refuse service to any individual for reasons deemed appropriate by management. Additionally, Your Choice Medspa reserves the right to amend or modify the terms of this agreement without prior notice.
VALIDITY OF PURCHASED PACKAGES: The discounted prices and packages are available for a limited time, and the clinic reserves the right to modify these prices and offers at any time. Once purchased, the discounted packages have a limited validity period, and patients are required to utilize the sessions within this timeframe to achieve optimal treatment results. Typically, sessions must be completed within one year of purchase, unless stated otherwise, and certain conditions may apply.
CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF SESSION: Should the client choose to refuse or terminate the treatment session while it is ongoing, without a valid reason or justification, the full fee for the session will be charged. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for any packages that have already been purchased. Furthermore, we will not be responsible for the results of the treatment in such cases.
